Franchise Sales Position Available

This job is for an Independent Contractor who wants the ability to earn unlimited income and have the flexibility to work at home. We need franchise sales people across the U.S.

This is the perfect opportunity for a sales professional with proven experience and superior selling ability to drive sales for a fast growing franchise company. Building on established momentum while being fully supported, you will concentrate on selling this premier franchise to qualified brokers. Job Responsibilities:
  • - Build a solid knowledge base regarding franchise regulations and document execution.
  • - Diligently call and manage prospects.
  • - Enhance prospect flow by networking in your markets, attending trade shows, etc.
  • - Execute one-on-one sales meetings and sales seminars.
  • - Develop strong relationships with local real estate brokers.
  • - Physical presence in your markets, travel as required to insure strong brokerage relationships and face-time with prospects.
Requirements:
  • - A minimum of 3 years of successful selling experience in franchise sales—real estate industry preferred.
  • - Solid understanding of franchise agreements and practices.
  • - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Superior sales skills with strong proficiency in strategic and consultative selling.
  • - Problem solving - identifying and resolving problems quickly.
  • - Business acumen and maturity.
  • - Proven and documented track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • - Proven client engagement skills including relationship building, negotiating and closing.
  • - Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
